It's easy to equate patience with sitting still and waiting for something to happen. I think that true patience is an act of faith. It’s a balance of knowing that some things take time and the release of control, but it doesn’t mean for you to be idle. It’s a time for preparation while releasing control over the timeline.
A hard part of patience is learning to release control over things you can’t dictate. But what you can control is how you show up every day, the effort you put in, and the mindset you maintain along the way.
When you let go of trying to force things to happen on your time, you create space for unexpected opportunities to emerge in their own time.
Patience Is Preparation. Because while you’re waiting for an opportunity, can you say that you're really ready for it when it comes? This is the perfect time to use your waiting period as a season to strengthen your mindset, sharpen your skills...or whatever it is that you need to do.
Trust that your efforts today will bear fruit tomorrow, even if you can’t see the results yet. This is the time where the foundation for your success is laid. Your belief in what’s possible will be what keeps you moving forward, and your persistence will be the proof of your commitment to the journey.
I want you to remember to remain resilient if things don’t move as quickly as you hoped or in the way you hope it will be.
Be Patient but Keep Going—keep working, dreaming, improving, and believing. Your time will come!
Don’t let impatience steal your momentum.
Peace.
